In a conversation with her sister Khloé Kardashian , the businesswoman laughed that this luxurious mansion will be a “party house” and also a place where she will spend a lot of time with her family and children.
Kim and Khloé toured the new home, calling it a “true oasis.”
How is the new mansion?
The mansion, formerly owned by Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber , was built in 1944 and has undergone several renovations over the years. The land on which it is built is 700 square meters that were distributed over two floors.
As revealed, the luxurious house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a toilet, a large dining room, a gym, several terraces and a spa area.
While outside there is a 13,000 square meter land with large trees, various plants, a swimming pool, a private tennis court, direct access to the beach and a great view of the sea.
In 2015, Cindy Crawford and her husband bought the mansion for USD 50.5 million and three years later they decided to sell it for USD 45 million. The new owners of the house, four years later, put it up for sale for a price of USD 99.5 million . However, they had to lower the cost and it was left at USD 70.4 million.
