Uttar Pradesh: Horrific Video Shows Boys Forced to Drink Urine, Chillies Rubbed on Private Parts

Six men have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh after a video emerged showing them subjecting two underage boys to appalling mistreatment. The video, which was filmed in the Siddharthnagar district of the Uttar Pradesh, shows the boys being forced to drink urine, have chillies rubbed on their private parts, and be injected with an unidentified substance.

The incident has sparked outrage in India, with many people calling for the men to be severely punished.

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also condemned the incident, saying that “such crimes will not be tolerated in Uttar Pradesh.”

However, Adityanath’s comments have been met with skepticism by some, who point to the fact that Uttar Pradesh has a long history of violence against children From Right Wing Supporter.

The latest incident is a reminder of the urgent need to address the issue of child protection in India.

The government must take steps to ensure that all children, regardless of their background, are safe from violence and abuse.

The minors were purportedly coerced into consuming urine, subjected to the application of chili on their intimate areas, and forcibly administered an unidentified liquid. These acts of cruelty were reportedly carried out based on suspicions of the boys being involved in a money theft.

The Pathra Bazar police in Siddarthnagar took action by lodging a First Information Report (FIR) on August 6th after a video depicting the distressing incident gained traction on social media platforms.

According to the details outlined in the FIR, one of the boys’ fathers, they asserted that the distressing incident unfolded at a chicken farm near the police station, precisely at Konkati Chauraha.

In the viral video footage, the two minors, aged 10 and 16, were observed being subjected to a series of abusive actions. These actions encompassed ingesting chili and urine from a bottle while they were positioned with their faces against the ground. Furthermore, an individual was seen applying green chili to their private areas, causing the boys considerable pain.

Additionally, the minors were forcibly administered a yellow-colored liquid while being threatened with physical harm if they resisted the distressing instructions.

The FIR underscored the critical condition of both boys, signaling the severity of their ordeal.

Addressing the incident, the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Siddhartha of the district issued a statement acknowledging the viral video’s contents. The information affirmed the registration of cases under pertinent legal sections and the subsequent apprehension of six individuals linked to the event. These individuals are set to face legal proceedings.

The accused individuals have been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 34 (pertaining to common intention), 147 (dealing with rioting), 342 (pertaining to wrongful confinement), 270 (related to malicious acts causing the spread of infection), 307 (relating to attempted murder), and 377 (concerning unnatural offenses).

Furthermore, the accused men are also being charged under Sections 5 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
